I got an offer from Autodesk for SSE role in Platform team. They offered me 33L (Base) + 10% (Variable) + 2L (JB). Apart from that $60K RSUs vested over 3 years. Location is Pune and it's in hybrid mode. I have around 6 years exp. I just need your help in deciding should i relocate to Pune. I am currently working in gurgaon and current CTC is 34 LPA (including variables).

Or if anyone can tell me about the work culture in Platform team.

Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?

I have cleared all 3-4 round of interviews in Apisero by 26 Dec. HR also taken all the documents like salary slips etc.

She said offer may take some time due to new year holidays. Now they are saying they have freezed all the new offers.

Is this correct? Apisero is not rolling out any new offers?

The interview process take weeks of time and multiple rounds. So just wanted to know what is the point of all these rounds.
