Hi Fishes, I had completed 2 rounds of interview at infosys and two assessment after that i received a mail from infosys recruitment team that you got selected.

Hr give a call and offer some x salary amount but i already had a offer from some other company x+ 1 LPA so after discussion hr asked to send offer letter so that she take approval as per expected salary.

But from last one month they keep me on hold and saying we are waiting for higher management approval. What should I do any idea?

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
