What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?
