I have 15 yr of exp and planning to join persistent from tier 1 company to mid tier company. Any sugessions for persistent. How the projects allocation is done and what is level of client interviews? Or the project is mapped to employee before joining the company?

Just had an interview with Netflix and at some point I mentioned “GAFA” (even joking that it’s probably GAMA now) and completely forgot they’re in FAANG 😬

I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.
