My current ctc is 22 lpa. Have Big 4 experience but currently working in a WITCH company.
My current organization has a notice period of 3 months.
Can anyone please guide me a path I can take in 3 - 4 months to get a product management job at a stable company with a reasonable hike.

I am good at picking up new concepts along with good communication skills both verbal and written.

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

Aside from just time and experience, is there anything I can actively do to advance in my career and get more responsibility / client interaction? I’m a first year
