I have an offer from Accenture with fixed pay of 4.52 LPA and 72k as Variable pay. I have 7 workings days to accept this offer. Is there any way that i can Re-negotiate this offer??

If yes, what would be the best way to do it.

Note- At the start if interview process, I have been informed that the pay would be around 5.5 LPA.

YOE- 3
Last CTC- 3.2 LPA

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.

My current package is 10.6 with 7.5 years of experience, got an offer of 17.8 ( 14 fixed , 3.8 variable ).Should I look for other offer ?

Having 3 yrs of experience in Java. I got an offer from Market Simplified company and Infosys with 8.5. but the difference is Market Simplified giving fixed pay, whereas Infosys giving 1L joining bonus. Which one to prefer. Please guide me guys.
