My guess is pipeline and launch 🤭 . But I don’t work in that space. Probably looking at how to maximize market share for a new product. While a new product/molecule finishes clinical trials, you need to allocate funds to marketing, hire sales force, forecast future demand, educate physicians and future patients - all in the most effective way. So the role would probably focus on a mixture of these things.
Work expectations will be high since it is timebound to have conclusions on your suggestions well before the product is ready to go to market.
+1, it’s a niche within ZS as well and space is growing. WLB in my experience varies from client to client so there is no good answer to that and also at which level your joining(I would assume 8-10 on a normal day) and close to 12-14 near deliveries
Since you will be coming from IQVIA/159 transition should be easier
I’m part of the P&LS team and would echo the above. Work ranges from earlier stage (e.g. diligence, opportunity assessments, etc.) to later (e.g. launch planning, forecasting, customer segmentation etc.)
“Normal” hours for me are 40-50 but it definitely spikes when approaching deliverables. If you’re on a CDD it’s probably higher
Where do people exit? And are the clients mostly life sciences?
