For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company.
