I have been working for the past 12 years in product support and currently with a ctc of 17 LPA. Every year my manager praises me but gives a very little increment stating that the company is not doing so great. What should I do about it? I know he is telling lies because my friends in other teams get higher. I confronted him and he is not ready to accept .
Should I report higher or just leave?

Procedural question. I represent a hospital. Codefendant is a company that manufactures breast implants. Case was venued in NY state Supreme Court. Manufacturer defendant transferred case to MDL (we hadn’t answered yet). Plaintiff gave me stip of discontinuance with prejudice but now since case was removed I am unsure how to proceed. Do I file the stip in state court still? Does MDL have jurisdiction over the hospital? Can a hospital even be part of a MDL lawsuit? Very confused! Thank you!!!
