Hi fishes, I have cleared 4 rounds for a Java developer position.

Yoe: 3 years
CCTC: 5 LPA
Offer in hand: 12 LPA

Earlier I told them 16 as expected but now I'm in discussion with some other companies also & after seeing ambitionbox & Glassdoor I feel that is too low. What should be my expected CTC? What band/position it will be as per my yoe, though the position required 4 - 8 yoe as per JD? I would appreciate it if we can talk in DM. Also is it possible to negotiate for location change?

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. Dubai people I live in Marquise Square tower and my neighbor is having a party literally every day till 4-5 in the morning- I spoke to him and he apologized and promised to keep it quiet but he didn’t. I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).
