Hi all, i recently did an interview with Servicenow. I completed all rounds of interview and they also collected all my documents. But then i didn't get any response regarding the salary negotiation or offer letter.

Can anyone please help me what can i expect (either i'm rejected or the hiring is freeze)

- Transition to a new role/team/skill sets
-Accepted an offer for a new role that pays more, in a growing field in something that I like!

Bottom line: Keep going forward, don’t give up. It’s possible to further your careers during the pandemic. You can do it!!!

Recently promoted to L5 in Strategy & Ops at Google. Feels like a good time to take stock of my career. I don't think I want to pursue a longer career in StratOps, but would like to stay in Google for the foreseeable future. I like the sound of PM roles (but aware it can be hard to transition / secure a role with limited PM experience). Hi Experts,
One of my frnd put his resign in TCS on 20Sept21 but he want early release i.e. on 10th Oct. But HR said as you are critical resource so project has not approved your early release and you need to serve complete notice period. Any consequences he will face if he left on 10th oct??
When he can expect his relieving/Servuce letter in such case.
Also will he face any negative legal action if he abscond after 10th and If he join another conpany will it be legally wrong for him?

I recently cleared interview in TCS for Salesforce domain role and had my HR round few days back, In HR round HR said they can give me the same CTC I am currently getting in my current company as I am switching the job in 6 months so they can't provide any hike, Is this a valid reason? also during interview scheduling process I had told them on hike % of bare minimum which they had agreed and then proceeded with interview but now HR is not providing any hike, what should so do in such situation,
