I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

I sell around 3mil year in a commission free workplace. What would you say is fair pay?

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.
No communication courtesy, just randomly calls up. Any thoughts on What might be going on? Is this how gartner process works?

Busy season was rough, things are looking better now as things return to normal. Still working crazy hours if you count the daycare duties on top of utilization targets.

SO, trying to seem interested in what I do all day: “How did the big PowerPoint go?”

While negotiating offer with one in hand, how do you deal with the question "Why are you looking at another offer when you already have one?" The honest answer is usually for more money. But there are other factors for choosing one company over another. How to pitch this in? I feel like any answer other than more money sounds fake to the person on the other side!
