How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

Benefits to scrum or PMP certifications as a low level Associate? All the positions I see require 5+ years scrum experience. Also would appreciate people’s perspectives on scrum vs PMP in general. I’m a people person and quite good at leadership so I feel my talents are being wasted managing client direction on funds day to day.

My firm paid merit increases to most employees, except me and one other individual (amongst the few people who shared this information). Therefore, this is not a company wide policy. Do I have any right in this case? It was paid out last Friday. Can companies legally do that?
