I recently got offer from Infosys and EY GDS.
In terms of package Infosys is offering me more.
But EY is big4 so I'm so confused where should I go.Which company has flexible work culture and better opportunities?
Infy has given me permanent WFH.
Please suggest me where I should go.

Currently working at Perforce Software in Minneapolis as a writer making 70k. Was offered a job to be a writer at Amazon Alexa for 95k plus 11k sign on and shares.

Here’s the catch: the job was listed as fully remote but now they’re asking if I’d want to move out on the West Coast…not a requirement but they really sound like that’s their ideal.

My husband will be relocating to NYC for his job which is where I want to go…working West Coast hours in NYC sounds kind of awful. BUT I really don’t

Does BNP APAC does background verification before sending offer letter or after sending the offer letter?

I have not been asked about the educational certificates yet.

They have only asked the PAN, PASSPORT and Current employer salalry slips and promotion letter.

P.s - I have recieved the offer letter now.

Will they be still doing any background verification or this is done ?

I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?

My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
