I recently went through some post about work culture and work life balance experience (quora and glassdoor) in PWC and EY and they seem horrifying. Is work culture really that bad? Asking from a technical consultant's point of view. Is there no work life balance and pay is sub par?

Has anyone recently done a single-round super day (4 cases in a day) at McK? Want to know if the interviews were back to back and whether they were all straightforward/typically structured.

What's the typical performance bonus for new experienced hire? Joined in Feb. I'm MBA S&O SC2 if it helps.

I got an offer ( after 6 months of joining here in Infosys) and informed my lead the same.He spoke with my manager and my manager has agreed to retain me but needs his manager approval.
Now I have waited for a week without resigning to see if I can get any written official communication of the same.

But all of a sudden, my manager is asking me why are you this doing now? You have just now joined after speaking with his manager.
Why is this sudden change in his behaviour?

Should I resign?
