I want to know about the culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also I am a bit confused, the role that is offered is consultant also the questions that they asked was more on Arch. side, there were no questions asked on pyspark. However the manager said the work is on ETL migration including spark/glue..I found this bit concerning. Should I accept the offer?

Any tips on assessing if the hiring manager will be a good manager and person to work with?

HELP! When using other offers to negotiate salary, does the employer usually ask for proof of your other offers that you mentioned? I’m super new to this so I’m just curious.
