If anybody has idea about Harman Connected Services bench policy, can give idea. Will they fire too quickly or atleast fine if someone is on bench for 2-3 months.

Anyone else feels that the Talent team at @Mindtree is sshiittyy? They don't give us updates after interviews and hang us in limbo. They don't have the courtesy to respond to messages, calls or emails. Can someone suggest how to highlight this?

Hi Fishes, I have cleared technical and managerial rounds in Infosys. HR negotiation is yet to happen. The position they have hired me for is Tech Lead, who will be leading 10-20 members in the team. I am a mainframe professional with 8.5 years of experience. What should be the minimum package I must agree for this opportunity. Please give me some insight.
