Current CTC - 6.18LPA(5.62F + 0.56V)
I have 3 offers -
PwC - 9.4LPA Fixed - HYD
KPMG - 11LPA Fixed - BLR
WNS Global Services - 11LPA (10 Fixed+ 1LPA Variable) - HYD
My current location - HYD/Remote

All hybrid- 2 days WFO

My Priorities are PwC & KPMG, and I want to stay at HYD first and pwc is less compared to kpmg, can I ask them to match? But kpmg is also equal to pwc interms of Appian practice.

I need your suggestions. Please help me in choosing.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!
