I'm being offered 7.8 lpa fixed by KPMG global services as an associate consultant in fdd. Can anyone tell me what is the average pay for similar roles in KPMG and other big 4?

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.
