Just trying to understand, does cognizant stopped retaining candidates, first they said they will provide 20% hike for me I agreed, later after 2 months now they are saying hike is not possible if you want you can leave. Any HRs help me out, 20%hike was expected if someone is leaving right or now any new policies no hikes to retain a candidate back?

Cognizant calls me twice in a week whether I am holding any other offer or not.

Does that mean they will match if I am holding another offer?

Got offer from Cognizant and Infosys.. Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Is it true ? Share some pro and cons that will be greate .. thnks
