I have started career in startup they gave salary in cash after 2years I joined tcs as fresher and worked 1 year and now joining Mindtree as experienced.

Will mindtree ask for my first company (startup) payslips ?? I got experienced and relieving letters from my startup.

I had my technical interview in mindtree, when I got mail for technical round I got mail for submitting latest compensation and last three months salary slip.

I got selected in mindtree, hr discussion happened and we settled for 9.5 lpa + 50k joining bonus. Hr discussion happened around 8 days back, that time he said I'll get offer letter in one day. But now it's past 8 days, I called him yesterday he said you'll receive it today it's been sent for approval.

Last week on Saturday I gave the interview for the position of Azure support engineer, where I've cleared technical and managerial round which also went well but when the manager asked about my current CTC he didn't even ask about my expectation. Now it's been over 4 days since I've given the interview but no response from Mindtree's end. I have contacted the hiring HR and she said whenever we get the update we'll let you know upfront.
