My YOE 11+ years. All my career I have worked as Business Analyst/Consultant in IT service companies or consulting firms.

Now I want to level up in my career but do not want to do consulting or BA role.

Hence, I am looking for options to upgrade myself with a course. Options vary from IIM to ISB to upgrad etc.

Can someone please guide me how to build myself as a product manager.. Course would help me put a foot in the door atleast.

What is the eligibility or time period needed to move from 6B to 7A in IBM? I have 4.7 years of experience and joined IBM recently in JL 6B.

While telling the company (with x offer) that i have got offer from another company, do i have to show the whole offer letter to negotiate?
