Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? My technical interview was on 19th Feb and received HR called me on 22nd feb for salary discussion but again on 22nd Feb 2nd HR called to have managerial round which was scheduled on 25th Feb and again got mail to submit CIS form. After submitting form didn't get any call from HR. Its been 8 days. Is i am ghosted?

Today i got call from my recruiter and she informed me that my offer letter will be revised . Prev the offer was 15.90 LPA . Now the revised offer contains 17.10 LPA . I was quite surprised with this behaviour .
My DOJ is 21st feb 2022. Designation - sr. Associate - projects

Is there anything worried about this ? Anyone faced this kind of approach ? Kindly suggest
