I have 6 years of experience in software engineering (Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Agentic tools). I completed my B.Tech through a Work Integrated Learning Program designed specifically for working professionals (evening/weekend classes) — fully UGC recognized university.

Despite clearing multiple rounds at companies like Oracle, Accenture, Deloitte — I keep getting rejected at the offer stage or during BGV because my degree isn't "full-Time

Hello! Has anyone ever built a campus recruiting structure for a company? Meaning they started from scratch and built out campus recruitment? What was the pros and cons? Also, what was your salary, how long did you stay there and did you enjoy building this out?

In the past these have been sent directly to manager but is there another way to collect them to present to manager/hr? Is it weird to ask them to send directly to me for me to present?

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

Actually i have been interviewed in Accenture .
Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
