I got 40LPA(16% variable), C6, for 16 years of experience, I am not sure if this a good offer or not, I have multiple offers on the same level but with more in hand salary. I am bit inclined towards joining mindtree. Do you guys think it's a good offer for my experience?

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through.
