I have a couple of offers! And confused about which one to choose. One is from a leading product based financial services company, and the other is from a unicorn startup in Pharma domain.

Some Pros and cons for the unicorn startup:
Pros:
1. Better Compensation (20% more than the product base)
2. Paced learning
3. Latest Tools and Tech

Cons:
1. New in the market, less brand value
2. Wondering what all exit options will it offer in 3-4 years
3. Poor WLB

As I have been given fixed salary and remote work. But on offer it states EPAM systems.
Could someone please let me know who has joined epam anywhere recently if on offer it’s mentioned as anywhere?

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?

Anyone know the salary range for associate level positions including senior associate level.

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

I am a Product Owner with 4+ YOE. I have been in my current role for 4 months and have continuously found that this role and company are not the right fit for me. Looking back on everything they said during the interview process it turns out that the culture, product and role are not aligning with anything we discussed. Companies that looking for new hires require immediate joining or they wont even consider your profile. However, same company has a notice period of 90 days.
What can we do as employees to help companies notice this issue?

I lied about my fixed pay to the HR. He didn't ask for pay slip and all. The discussion happened over a phone call. They had sent me the offer letter with the compensation statement and I had sent them acceptance mail also. The onboarding has also started. In future whenever they ask about my salary slip will it create any issue. While saying fixed pay to HR, I just increased it by 1 lakh.
