I was on contract with Amazon and in the process of converting to an FTE before it got halted due to them putting a pause in hiring/converting.

I have a lot of experience in coordinating in many aspects and internal/external customer service. I need another job but don’t want to stay in the RC space but don’t want to go into customer service either (it truly makes me miserable).

I am currently working with Cognizant having 2.5 year of exp into HR with package 5.7 LPA. Within a year of time, I got another offer of 12 LPA but its from small company.
