"Deloitte is giving a joining bonus of 6 lakhs and variable pay between 0-10%, 4 lakh would be given at the joining time (should return if I leave before 18 months) and 2 lakh after completion of a year (if I leave within 12 months after the bonus is given)."
"Collabera is giving a 4 lakh on 30. 2 lakh would be given in per quarter and remaining 2 lakh at end of year"
