What are the easiest practices within S&C to go from A to C? Or does this not really matter? Anywhere I can objectively see the performance of each practice?

Within my first year of Consulting, really struggling with the hours amongst other things. Spoken to a couple of people internally and the advice is to get on to projects with bigger budgets and therefore bigger teams/more support. I want to wait until I hit the one year mark before making a decision on whether Consulting is for me or not. Curious to hear from other experienced hires..how is/was your first year?

My joining is in mid august and I got an email last week that joining isextended by 45 days. After 1 week I received call from HR that for some cases we are giving the joining date as decided and cancelling the extension. Is it good to join Wipro in this situation ? Hello Fishes , I am working in TCS for more than a year now . I started working as a Functional Consultant for ISU billing module . Recently , I have learned ABAP and will start working as a Technical as well . Hopefully I will become a Techno-Functional by the end of 2nd year in TCS .
