Introduce them to risk assessment vs. Auditing every penny Clean the FS and validate clients are disclosing what is required

I brought: - technical skills - coaching people. Not dropping work (very common among my peers) - admin skills. Coming from managing engagements with over 30 people helped me a lot - new audit approach and risk assessments teamwork. No more bombing the FS.

What do you mean by no more bombing the FS? Meaning you got your clients to where they jad no more errors?

Will moving to a smaller company from B4 impact my career as such in the long run? Especially a company which is still growing and has only 150 employees at this moment. It’s not widely known in the market. But, it is growing at a fast pace in the last couple of years. From a work culture perspective, this company offers a lot of flexibility, emphasizes on wlb and employee satisfaction. Been wanting to get out of the toxic B4 work environment. I don’t want to make a hasty decision and regret.

9 years in and I am finding my work performance has been declining for about a year now, and especially the last few months. I am taking longer to complete tasks, making more mistakes, and having so much more trouble focusing and staying on task. Have been WFH since March 2020, not seeing anyone outside of my immediate family and generally more anxious than usual, so I’m wondering if this is all mental health related. Can anyone relate? Any advice?

I worked for Deloitte and currently with PwC. I’m not comparing both but PwC is too worse in terms of work life balance and work culture. If Deloitte is given 90, PwC might get something between 20-30 is what I feel. All they need is robots working for their tasks. I do agree it depends on the manager sometimes and trust me he is the worst. Any comments on work culture and work@life balance in PwC SDC Bangalore ??
