Accenture: 10.28LPA, 8.5 LPA fixed (this was initial offer, haven't negotiated after counter offers)

I am currently looking for Kolkata only or remote work.

Also, current CTC is 5.60 LPA. The hike I'm getting, is it good?

Confused right now which to choose also been listening about recession and bear market so job security is also a crucial point in making a decision.

After working from home for the last 9 months, I do not want to ever go back into the office. I'd like to stay permanently remote. Advice for bringing this topic up with my manager? Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
