Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

They won’t agree.
Any ways to negotiate?
Easily 25lpa they will give
Any suggestions how to get that?

For your YOE what they offered sounds about right. You are probably being offerd an entry level SA potistion. Do you have a masters degree or MBA ?. And no they will not negotiate, they are already giving you a huge jump in salary on their own, if they were stingy they would have given you a far lower offer. My advice ? there is no harm in asking your recruiter if it's negotiable if they say no leave it at that, do not let greed make you miss this opportunity.
Update fellas:- HR said they can't counter the startup offer and can give 15lpa (12fixed) . Should I proceed with that one?

Oh this changes things I thought PwC was offering 22. Figure out what kind of work environment you want to be in. Do your research on the startup. Also remember the year on year hikes in PwC will be less but you will get the job security of an established firm.
