My current CTC is 8.71 LPA and overall experience is 4.9 years. I have an offer of 14.5 LPA. I am currently giving interview in HCL. How much should I ask from them? Does HCL have variable component and how much they pay of that?

Anyone else super unimpressed with administrative support with a new firm after lateraling? I told a partner I’d just take care of a routine task myself. He told me my rate is too high and to use a “project manager” (basically an intern they can pay less than a paralegal). We have a 40 person group and 3 project managers making starvation wages. Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
