What is the life sciences specialist role at LEK like? How do the responsibilities and progression / future opportunities differ between LSS and a generalist consultant working in the life sciences space?

I got my offer last year to join in Sept this year. Recently, I was made aware by people in the firm that there is an increase in salary across the board including my role. Some people joining the same role have received a new offer letters, but I didn't. How should I write to the recruiter to ask? (it's a significant increase of ~20% 🥺)
