Currently I'm in notice period and only 15days left
Now company is forcing me to come at base location and work from office once in a week rest of the days wfh.
But I don't want to go as I dont have accomodation over there.
Now they are threating by saying they will not provide relieving/experience letter.

What are my options??

Is cognizant still in work from home ?

Can we expect a permanent wfh option?

Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately.
