I currently have 3 offers 20lpa(all fixed) Legato 24lpa(22+ fixed) from Cognizant and 25lpa(22+fixed) from phData

Am I in the market range in terms of salary? Is 24lpa good range looking at my current skillset and the market conditions? Help me please.

If your goal is to be as high ranking of an in house counsel position as possible, how would you structure your career progression? Is it better to stay in big law as long as possible and then transition as a partner, or is it more valuable to get relevant experience by going in house as a mid level/senior associate? Practice area is IP: working in patent pros, litigation, and tech transactional to varying degrees if that affects the answer.

Any insight into Robins Kaplan? IP lit, considering a lateral there. Maybe a bit small for the Big Law bowl but hey Big Law is an arbitrary designation anyway.
