I'm renegotiating with a company regarding offer. They have given 2 option:
1. Fixed 16.5lpa + 50k gratuity and insurance, total CTC 17 Lpa
2. Fixed 16 lpa + 50k gratuity and insurance + 1 lac retention bonus (after completing 1 year with company), total CTC 17.5 Lpa

Please guide which one will have more in-hand salary and is better. Thanks in advance.

How much in hand if 12 lpa package in TTL

I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?
