I have 45 months of total experience and 1 year of experience as a product manager.
I did MBA from a premier institute and joined the current company in June 2021 as a project manager.
I got the opportunity to work as a product manager for one project and now I am planning to switch to product management.
My current CTC is 14 LPA
I wanted to understand what should be my next jump?
Can I ask for 25 LPA?
