I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money. I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?

I’m currently comparing against account billable/number of accounts, however, there are still discrepancies. But the problem is that the company is not providing the remote work, I had to relocate to Banglore.
I have never been to Banglore before only living Delhi ncr or doing remote work.
Need your help in validating this offer to relocate to Banglore with family.

So now as they separated i got new compensation letter from company B and the joining date mentioned there is the date on which they separated and not the actual joining date on which i joined. Won't this be considered as a switch by future employers? In the new offer letter there is no mention of A
