Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. I have been working in my current organization for the past 10 months. Since my team is very small, I was asked to do a variety of roles, which I happily obliged. I was hired as a developer and have played the role of BA, Tester and PM happily but each of these roles have been for a short while and was assigned to someone else once the heavy lifting is done. The independent projects gets halted due to this being a pharma Company and it’s process-oriented nature

Anyone from Accenture HR here.. I have been stuck in weird situation and need help.. I have been referred for level 7 as per my current exp. and expertise. HR has told me in in their system it shows it as level 10 across hiring procedure. Now they are giving me offer for level 10 which is absolutely not suitable for me.. so I requested HR for re-leveling if possible and he agreed.
