Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Hi all, recently I had an interview at ICF. Would it be a wise decision to move to ICF from Deloitte?
My main motivation behind this move is to move out of tech consulting & get into strategy/management consulting roles.
Would be great if someone working at ICF could help me with few clarifying questions.
Thanks!

It's your life. You should decide. We do not know your family situation, what's your current lifestyle, what's your current salary, wether your spouse works or not, you have support in Delhi to take care of kids or not.. lot of factors. If it makes sense move to Bangalore. Else don't.
If you have family don't do it. If single then go.
Prefer your family over anything. If you and your wife going for sometime it might be okay but all shifting to Bangalore for not much hike not worth it.
Its very good salary in bangalore. Weather will be far better than NCR. Traffic will be an issue but avoidable if you stay near to office.
And don't worry, I have seen many ppl from North living here comfortably
look for more offers near your area. because Bangalore is quite expensive now and with huge traffic. But it depends on the opportunity you are getting.
I got what I asked... Just want to make sure that this package will be enough to live a good life in Bangalore with 4 members family.
Try for remote and other companies until last moment, most companies are moving to remote / permanent WFH now
is EY giving remote option?
You can go..better opportunities than Delhi
Which company is this - not allowing WFH ? .. better not to join , they are in different world.
Company is good and based on Singapore but not sure why aren't they providing Wfh

Move for few years and then switch again Dt miss this
Yeah feeling same..
Is it 34+5 variable or 29+5 ??
Its a great offer... You should go, if you dnt have some remote offer of similr fixed component.
What's your YOE and tech stack?
Thanks! That's a really good offer. You should totally go for it. Being in Bangalore, you will have more opportunities in the future depending on your tech stack.
