Hi folks , creating a new UI for an app which has 4 menus' s with a lot of sub menus . So I am planning to add 4 main menus in the bottom navigation widget , and their submenus in the left side drawer menu. Is that a correct approach? . Can we use bottom navigation and drawer menu on the same screen?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?
