Has anyone here moved to Hyderabad with family? If yes, what are some of safe apartment society options and localities near office (within 5-10 km)? Also, how does the budget look like for 2-3 bhk there?

Is there any reason to NOT max out a 401k? I’m 23 and will contribute about $10K this year ($86k salary at ~11.5%). Does it make sense to max it out? I don’t have any large upcoming milestone expenses except maybe going back to school in 2-3 years, but not for certain yet.

Anyone invested with QQQM or QQQJ? Thinking about splitting a chunk between both.

Buying a house with monthly expense of $4900, although my current rent is only $2350. My total HHI with my husband is about $310K. I’m feeling weary of spending this much but we live in a HCOL area near a major city and we have high taxes. It’s hard to find anything decent under $800K. Should I just suck it up in order to be a homeowner?

My aadhar is not linked to EPFO and had submitted joint declaration to correct the spelling. And EPFO portal not able to login due to aadhar not seeded.
