Hi folks, how much paperwork goes into your project “releases”. I’m feeling super micromanaged in the finance industry over the amount of paperwork to make some thing live or finished.

I’ve been supporting all the ‘good stuff,’ but it starts to hit my pocket.. I feel like there should’t have been any pandemic bail out / incentives, and there shouldn’t have been any support to Ukraine.. These career politicians, both republicans and democrats, should be paying out of their own pockets for the games they play on average tax payer’s dime

Now their contract is ending and I’ve been asked to represent the gov’t as a contractor and make sure the transition goes well. I’ve never been in this position…usually I’m either transitioning in or out. The outgoing isn’t very organized with their knowledge transfer and documentation and want to help them but how?
