I am 5 year experience Java developer. I have 3 offers
JP Morgan(Mumbai)- 22,50,000 LPA
BlackRock(Gurgaon)-20,80,000 + 2.5 Performance bonus
HCL(Blackrock)- 27,25,536 +3,20,000 (variable)
I want to join JPMC/ Blackrock. Kindly suggest me how to negotiate for the best CTC from JPMC/Blackrock on based of counter offer from HCL. Please help

the best way to do the same is to simply assess the number of notice days you are left with.. if its less then any good company will give a counter offer.
Just call them and talk to them that you have a better offer and u are looking for something similar since in your case the diff btw JPMC and HCL is large..
u can then say.. that we can meet somewhere in the middle as well because u are preffering JPMC over HCL
What should i say to jpmc and blackrock. Directly tell them about the offer from hcl and ask it to match the offer ???

I highly doubt if JP Morgan will be able to match offer till 27L fixed. Still you can try. I think overall culture, WLB, Work quality and people culture along with other things need to be considered while selecting particular company. I have heard JP Morgan has become very particular about 5 days WFO strictly reach by time, Less flexibility in terms of timing, follow proper business attire etc. If you are someone who is looking for flixible culture then JP Morgan might not be good. Still others working in JP Morgan can correct me if I'm wrong
Not sure, but recently i have heard strict policies related to flexibility. I mean if I'll compare with companies which provide flexibility it's not at all in that comparison of providing flexible culture

Blackrock is a behemoth, it's the transition you'd want to have after JP.
Maybe stick with JP for its more vivid work. BlackRock is as deep as it gets into IB. Moreover Jp as an org is much more simplified and stable
How many days notice period is left for You. BlackRock is great so far for me.

You can let them know you have another offer for 31 LPA, and what they r offering is below market standard. so even though you are inclined towards joining jpmc/br you wont join them unless they match the other offer or atleast offer something close to 31.

because if you consider recession as well.. JPMC is american bank.. which will be directly hit by recession
