I have 5+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing. I’ve got an offer from Wipro with a CTC of 15 LPA (7.5% variable). I’ve already served my notice period and currently not working.

Is it a good decision to accept this offer, or should I wait for a better one? Would love to hear thoughts from others in a similar situation.

Also, what would be the approx. in-hand salary?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
