I have an offer from Novo with a joining date of 30th Oct. I am yet to receive any joining details or document submission email and there is no response from the recruiter as well. When can I expect these details.

In the offer letter email it is mentioned as 2 to 3 days before joining date but wanted to confirm.

I have cleared my 2 technical rounds for quantiphi and last Monday had discussion with HR. She told that she will get back in 2 day which she didn't. I called her she said she will update me later which she didn't. I called her today where she said it will take time . Please tell me whether is it fine ?
