can anyone suggest me ,which profile shall i take based on job security , work life balance and job growth.

Failed FAR miserably. Should I start studying all over or just do the MC?

Whether we need to give back joining bonus if we resign before 1 year but last working day is after 1 year or so?

I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.
