I am currently at 13 lacs fixed.

Shall i negotiate more?

For a 10+ experienced resource what should the level Honeywell to offer ?
And what should be the package considering current CTC is 16LPA for a service based company.
How is work life balance there ?
Can we expect any onsite opportunities.

Please help me on the pointers I should be considering for interview and joining ..
