Does having a JD and an MBA make an impact on salary/hiring chances upon law school grad/summer associate positions?

I already have an MBA and curious if it makes any impact at all.

I have 5 YOE and make $176k base and $215k all in. My primary background is in analytics but not machine learning. I’m in Chicago. When applying to new jobs (trying to stay in Chicago), no one is really able to offer me higher pay. Am I priced out of a higher paying job given my location, YOE, or something else? What can a junior associate do about a mid-level that constantly asks questions about things they were cc’d on, sends dozens of piecemeal emails and is generally just super high strung and needs everything right away?? 90 Days notice period is big roadblock. Dont know why dont Indian IT ministry take look into it. Companies implemented this policy in 2008 recession and then never took it back. In abroad countries employee can even give company 8-15 days NP. But as we all know we live in typical third world country with zero employeement Laws so here only mla minsters can switch partys without NP.

I recently moved to JioFiber and took postpaid plan and paid for 3 months advance.

Now I saw the bill was generated after 2 months of usage. When enquired the customer care said since it's a postpaid plan and company keeps 1 month as security so you have to pay from 3rd month?

Is it right? Since there is no mention of that?
